Refund & Returns Policy

Refunds for Event Fees

You may request a full refund:

  • Up to 3 days before the start of the event.

After the event begins, refunds are only given if we cancel the event.

Medal Returns

  • Medals cannot be returned once awarded.
  • As medals are only sent to those who complete the challenge, they are considered earned awards, not standard retail products.

Non-Completion

If you do not complete the challenge or do not submit acceptable evidence, you are not eligible for a medal or refund.
