Welcome to LINAS Team Running. By purchasing or participating in our virtual running events, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description
We provide virtual running events where participants attempt to complete a set distance or goal. Motivational messages may be provided throughout the event.
A physical medal may be dispatched only if:
- You complete the challenge, and
- You submit acceptable evidence as described on each event page.
2. Evidence Submission
You are responsible for submitting valid evidence (e.g. GPS screenshot, running app summary).
Submission rules will be clearly stated per event.
Failure to follow submission rules may result in disqualification.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Prices include all taxes and shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Refunds are available:
- Unconditionally up to 3 days before the start of the event.
- After the event begins, refunds are only issued if LINAS Team Running cancels the event.
No refunds are given for failure to complete the challenge.
5. Medals and Physical Rewards
- Medals are awarded only to participants who complete the challenge and submit verified evidence.
- Medals are not returnable.
- Lost/damaged medal claims may require reshipping fees.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree:
- To provide accurate personal information
- To participate safely and within your physical limits
- Not to misuse the website or event system
We are not liable for injuries sustained during participation.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and digital materials belong to LINAS Team Running.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
